Cancellation Policy

Planning for future travel presents special challenges during this time of uncertainty.  To make things easier for you, we've changed our cancellation policy to give your more flexibility should life take a sudden turn.

​

NO CHANGE FEES, there are no change fees if you need to change your reservation.

​

30 DAY RENTAL CANCELLATION, if you need to cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid MINUS CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES (usually 3%+$.30).    For extra assurance, we always encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance through a provider of their choice such as www.insuremytrip.com.  ALL REFUNDS WILL BE CHARGED A 3%+.30 per TRANSACTION FEE.

SHORT TERM CANCELLATION, if you need to cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid MINUS CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES (usually 3%+$.30).  Cancellations made less than 14 - 7 days prior to your intended arrival date will receive a 50% refund for the amount paid MINUS CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES (usually 2.9%+$.30).  For extra assurance, we always encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance through a provider of their choice such as www.insuremytrip.com.  ALL REFUNDS WILL BE CHARGED A 3%+.30 per TRANSACTION FEE.

CREDIT.  If you would like to have a credit for a future stay rather than a refund, you may do so. The credited amount is 80% of any amounts paid  (MINUS CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES, usually 2.9%+$.30) for a stay of greater or equal value within 12 months of the original date of your arrival or 50% if you must cancel within 7 days of your arrival.

There are no refunds for cancellations 7 days or less from the date of arrival.

HOUSE RULES

 

• Guest cannot have guests.  Due to strict neighborhood codes and covenants in the Lanikai Beach area, our vacation rentals are for the sole use of registered guests. 

• Parking is for registered guests only.

• No parties or loud music are allowed.  Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 8:00am.

• NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN OR AROUND THE PROPERTY.

• Alcohol is allowed but drunk people are not.

• We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave who is not complying with the house rules.
